Theresa Navarro is a Pinay arts organizer with an interest in critical education in, through and with communities of difference. Theresa holds degrees in History and Comparative Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Riverside and has collaborated with various multimedia arts organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Honolulu and across the country. Theresa recently completed an American Studies graduate degree and Museum Studies certificate at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She currently works as the Public Relations Coordinator for the Center for Southeast Asian Studies and continues to stay involved with art and education projects in California and Hawai’i.
