Theodore S. Gonzalves

Theodore S. Gonzalves is an Associate Professor of American Studies at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. He is the author of The Day the Dancers Stayed: Performing in the Filipino/American Diaspora (Temple University Press, 2009) and Stage Presence: Conversations with Filipino American Performing Artists (Meritage Press, 2007). At UH Mānoa, Professor Gonzalves has cross listed courses with the Department of Ethnic Studies and is affiliated with the Center for Philippine Studies and the International Cultural Studies Program.
